Fall Fest - Coal City

The Village of Coal City will hold a “FALL FEST” on September 18^th from 4-10PM.  Activities include: a CAR SHOW from 4P-7P on S. Broadway St. starting at Campbell Park north to Oak Street; 4:30 p.m. Mayor's State of the Village Address at Campbell Memorial Park and 5 p.m. ribbon cutting with the Grundy County Chamber across Broadway Street. Crush Childhood Caner 5K Run begins at 6P at Babe’s Tap; the “CADILLAC GROOVE” band from 6P-10P will perform in Advanced Auto’s parking lot on Broadway; BEER AND PICTURE ME SMOKIN’ food truck will be available from 4P-9P as well as food and refreshments from local establishments.
 
Entry fee for the car show will be a donation to the Food Pantry.  Cars will be judged by retired police chief Tom Best and prizes awarded.
