MTSS Administrator
MTSS Administrator for the 2025-2026 school year.
Job Goal: Under the general guidance of the Superintendent, and in collaboration with building staff, administrators, and the families we serve, the MTSS Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the students and staff have access to an effective Multi-Tiered System of Supports to help our students achieve to their fullest potential.

Job Goal: Under the general guidance of the Superintendent, and in collaboration with building staff, administrators, and the families we serve, the MTSS Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the students and staff have access to an effective Multi-Tiered System of Supports to help our students achieve to their fullest potential.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Acts as the District’s subject matter expert with respect to the MTSS process by:
- Providing support and guidance, while recommending adjustments where necessary, to Teachers implementing targeted interventions and strategies to ensure they are implemented with fidelity and are achieving results.
- Leading professional development sessions that enhance staff knowledge and improve the overall effectiveness of the MTSS process.
- Collaborating with leadership, MTSS, and other staff with respect to MTSS related matters.
- Facilitating problem-solving meetings.
- Keeping abreast of changes and developments in the profession by attending professional development meetings, reading professional journals/publications, and collaborating with peers in other Districts on problems of mutual interest.
- Provides leadership and administrative oversight of the MTSS process by:
- Aggregating, analyzing, reflecting, and reporting on student data to monitor the effectiveness of our processes, identify possible areas of improvement, and recommend changes aligned with best practices to achieve desired results.
- Aligning MTSS efforts to ensure cohesion and continuity of instruction, assessment, and curriculum across universal instruction and tiered literacy supports.
- Identifying and recommending the procurement of materials, resources, and programs needed for success.
- Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations and guidelines for MTSS and Title I, participates in program evaluation/review, and implements accountability measures where necessary.
- Conducting staff performance evaluations as authorized by the Board of Education and directed by the Superintendent.
- Supports the day-to-day operations of the Building by:
- Participating in the recruitment process for building staff.
- Monitoring the safety and welfare of students in accordance with the District’s risk management plan.
- Taking necessary and reasonable life-safety precautions to protect self, students, fellow employees, and visitors in accordance with the District’s risk management and crisis plans.
- Taking necessary and reasonable safety precautions to protect District equipment, facilities, and materials in accordance with the District’s risk management and crisis plans.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
