Ideal candidate is licensed (LPC/LCPC/LSW/LCSW) or working towards licensure and is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and can work autonomously.

Expectations:

• Complete intakes
• Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plan goals and needs 
• Monitor client's progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of client sessions and progress
• Utilize evidence based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues
